Casale's is the best place to eat in Reno. You'll never regret coming here. There's a bar if you want a drink. The spaghetti sauce is so amazing. I wish I knew their recipe.

Definitely the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever experienced—not just in Reno, but anywhere!The lasagna and garlic bread were absolutely the best I’ve ever had. The salad was delicious, and the... ravioli was very good but could have been exceptional if it had been served warmer.The service struggled a bit due to a staff member calling in, which seemed to put the team under some pressure. Despite that, everyone was doing their best, and it didn’t take away from what was an overall outstanding dining experience.I can’t wait to see how trip two goes. Expect an update soon.read more

A friend of a friend had recommended this place and we were not disappointed. Lively atmosphere punchy and giggly service with a menu that rounds out with a focus on red sauce. Most of my party had... the Valentine special which was a half order of ravioli and half order of meat lasagna. Restaurant was busy and we took about 45 minutes for the mains to come out, but it was well worth it. The cheese ravioli was simply the bomb and the sauce is something I am gonna be talking about for weeks to come. I consider myself an amateur connoisseur of baked lasagnas and buy my books. This one hits as close to 10 as I’ve ever experienced. Our waitress Maria was one of the OG family members, and her lively conversation is a memorable part of our experience.read more

If you're looking for fancy schmancy, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for homemade old school Italian in a cozy, casual atmosphere, then do not miss this place. The place is... small and fills up quick so definitely make a reservation. We were visiting from out of town, but there were plenty of locals in attendance with nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. The portions were good sized and affordable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Make the garlic bread a priority on your visit.read more
